Critical Thinking & Communication skills are poor among recent grads, but also among many executives of all levels and ages.

Every year there are a few more articles highlighting the problem. However, despite widespread concern among senior executives, the issue persists. Partly it's because digital devices have changed writing to interactive and casual vs a disciplined structure to be clear, concise and compelling. However, I believe the biggest issue is we're not teaching either of these 2 interrelated skills properly.
